Meticulous machining can be divided into upper and lower concave mode, which can be completed through its planing, milling, etching, turning, electric spark and other comprehensive processes. The size of the meticulous machining and the shape of the pit are consistent with the plate edge of the product. When in use, the wax mold is mainly used for industrial wax pressing, so its melting point is not high and its hardness is not high when selecting. When in use, the aluminum alloy material with relatively cheap price and lighter weight is used as the mold.
After the first two sandblasting and natural air drying, the third sandblasting, the fourth sandblasting, the fifth sandblasting and other processes are carried out in turn. Then according to the size of the volume and the surface requirements and weight of the corresponding adjustment of the number of sandblasting, the number of sandblasting in general is 3-7 times.
Meticulous machining will coat multiple wax molds on the fixed die with industrial glue and spray a layer of fine sand evenly. The sand particles are very small and fine, so that the surface of the blank can be as smooth as possible. After the fine mechanical processing is completed by sandblasting and natural air drying, industrial glue will continue to be applied to the surface of the wax model during use, and then a layer of sand will be sprayed, the particle size of which is larger and thicker than the previous layer of sand. After spraying, the wax model will be allowed to dry naturally at the set constant temperature.
